As I understand the card reader isn’t being detected, Correct me if I’m wrong but you have your card inserted and yet the drive isn’t detected on the imagsmate named – Computer, right? I didn’t know that until my 16 year old taught me So it may be a setting in windows to get the readers to show.

I have an internal card reader imagenate uses an internal usb port, i find that they often don’t work well with Win 7, seem to work well for a while then stop working.
